Bee/insect hotels

VoW always test anything they recommend. At our Christmas event we asked people to consider making up a gift set as an alternative eco gift. Our example was placed in a garden and forgotten about. It was hung up somewhere sheltered. Six months later we noticed bees preparing a room at our bee hotel for their young and sealing the ends of the bamboo with leaves. It was a joy to behold. If we all made the small changes we are recommending then just imagine the impact we could have on the planet.
