Verwood Freecycle

VoW Pop Up Surgery

Our forth Freecycle event will take place on Sunday 2 June 2024 in celebration of World Environment day.

The aim is easy. Have a clear out. Display your freebies outside of your gate or in your driveway (keeping the highway clear) for 10am until 4pm and watch people smile as they find treasure.

To register for the Freecycle event please complete this link.

Nothing to clear out?  Why not go treasure hunting yourself? A map will be published a few days before the event.

A volunteer attends the Heritage Centre the first Saturday of each month to hold a pop up recycling surgery for:-

Daily newspapers

Contact lenses

Cables and wires

Mobile phones, tablets and kindles

Padlocks, keys and metal razors

Brita water filters

Foreign currency

Medicine blister packs have moved to Verwood Town Council offices.

Volunteers are on duty between 9.30am and 10.30am and leave promptly.
