We are a community group concerned about global warming and the effect our lifestyles have on the planet’s resources because, when resources have gone, they’ve gone! Our aim is to reduce waste, reuse everything and inspire others to do the same.
Meet Emilia. All groups like ours should be evidence based and Emilia helps us to interpret the government policy and other environmental recommendations so we can proactively target areas of concern and contribute towards reducing the problem.
It is thanks to Emilia that we started our Eco Cleaning workshop. The focus at this years Rustic Fayre will be on the growing concern about the dangerous chemicals in our laundry and cleaning products, not just to rivers and seas but also our health. We hope to be able to give away eco friendly cleaning sheets for people to try.
