Providing practical solutions and inspiration to reduce waste
We are a community group concerned about global warming and the effect our lifestyles have on the planet’s resources (and our health) because, when resources have gone, they’ve gone! Our aim is to reduce waste, reuse everything and inspire others to do the same.
All groups like ours should be evidence based so we can proactively target areas of concern and contribute towards reducing the problem.
We will be attending the Rustic Fayre to raise awareness of the dangerous chemicals in our laundry and cleaning products, not just to rivers and seas but also our health. We hope to be able to give away eco friendly laundry sheets for people to try. You can see our home-made cleaning products and photograph the recipes to try at home. In addition our friends from Verwood Arts and Crafts will be doing 5-minute crafts with children and Dorset Scrap Store will be in attendance giving away items you can use for crafts. As always we are a free service.
