NEWS FLASH! We are recommencing the medicine blister pack scheme at our pop up surgeries!
We are a community group concerned about global warming and the effect our lifestyles have on the planet’s resources (and our health) because, when resources have gone, they’ve gone! Our aim is to reduce waste, reuse everything and inspire others to do the same.
All groups like ours should be evidence based so we can proactively target areas of concern and contribute towards reducing the problem. We welcome the young, clever volunteers who finish their degrees to help us understand the science, and green washing, which so often occurs with marketing.
This year (2026) we have focused on making our own cleaning products, to help you remove the chemicals from your home and reduce the mountain of plastic they come in.
Some of them are nothing short of amazing! Our volunteers will certainly never buy cleaning products again. See our blog section for recipes, which we are adding to all the time.
2027 may be making your own skin care products! Do watch this space.
